I purchased this product because my antivirus was about to expire. Panda recommended getting IS 2010 on their website. The product is supposedly Windows 7 ready. I could not install the product. I then went to the Panda website. On the Panda website they had an IS 2010 version download that they claimed was also Windows 7 ready. It would not install on my Windows 7 professional 32 bit system. I then opened a ticket with Panda tech support stating the above. UNFORTUNATELY I have been playing email tag with tech support. THIS has been a common problem which I have had in the past with Panda.

After having different Internet Security softwares,Panda IS 2010 is working much better. I had no problem installing this product. The tech support people are very responsive. This internet security doesn't slow your computer down.

I tried to activate the product on a toshiba satellite(XP) for two weeks. Also emailed the tech support, only an automatic response so far. Can't get it to acivate, and very poor machine operation. Gets a zero from me.

My initial product review was for Panda IS 2007, which you can read elsewhere on this site. I'm adding a review here to warn any potential buyers that Panda believes your purchase of their product entitles them to keep you on their marketing email list FOREVER, even if you go through the process of unsubscribing a number of times, as I have. Since unsubscribing from Panda's software service in the fall of 2007, I continue to receive marketing emails about once a month, despite repeated requests to be taken off their lists. Unless you want to receive spam FOREVER, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for paid internet security suites.

As far as the software itself goes, you can read my main review of Panda but it looks like more recent users are still having the major problems I listed: poor set up, unclear instructions & essentially non-existent tech support.

Attention Panda: If you keep spamming me, I will keep putting up negative reviews of your products.
