Panda recommended getting IS 2010 on their website. The product is supposedly Windows 7 ready. I could not install the product. I then went to the Panda website. On the Panda website they had an IS 2010 version download that they claimed was also Windows 7 ready. It would not install on my Windows 7 professional 32 bit system. I then opened a ticket with Panda tech support stating the above. UNFORTUNATELY I have been playing email tag with tech support. I had no problem installing this product. The tech support people are very responsive. Also emailed the tech support, only an automatic response so far. Can't get it to acivate, and very poor machine operation. Gets a zero from me. I'm adding a review here to warn any potential buyers that Panda believes your purchase of their product entitles them to keep you on their marketing email list FOREVER, even if you go through the process of unsubscribing a number of times, as I have. Since unsubscribing from Panda's software service in the fall of 2007, I continue to receive marketing emails about once a month, despite repeated requests to be taken off their lists.
