I’ve installed Norton by D/L and CD, get the CD. If you have a problem and need to reinstall it, it’s SO much easier with the CD in your hand.

I have been using 360 version 4, since they offered it to me for free. Not sure why they did. I have been using 360 since they scaled back on Systemworks. At first I didn’t like it. But then discovered it still had my registry check, and other options Systemworks had. Another reason they maybe offered it to me is, I have been registered with Symantec since I started using Norton. When I say they gave it to me I mean they gave me the newest version 4.0 and it will still expire at the end of my year. I have no problem with 360 version 4, and will continue to use it in the future. It’s much better than 360 version 2,or 3.

I did get the software installed on my computer and it works okay, but I never received a copy of the software onto my hard drive even though the instructions said I would. Since this is a 3 PC license I am concerned about not having the software I paid for and in the future and not being able to download it.
Also when I registered the software with Norton they have no record of the purchase so I am concerned about getting support.
Fianlly, when I go to my Amazon account, the order does not appear. So I have nothing to reference if I want to get answers from Amazon.
I won’t buy any software with this process again until it is fixed.
